Live performances do not only belong in the concert hall. For generations, chamber music would be performed regularly in people’s homes. Each year, gracious friends of Musica Sacra host “Soirees” in their private homes – the perfect setting to experience the finest of music. Music Director Kent Tritle carefully selects young artists to perform for these evenings and oftentimes, a “celebrity” narrator joins to tell the story behind the music. Not only do these special evenings offer a rewarding musical experience and the chance to mingle with the artists and other patrons, they serve as the main fundraising events for Musica Sacra – your tickets are tax-deductible to the extent permissible by law.
